With over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, Arti Madam brings a deep passion for nurturing young minds and creating a safe, inspiring environment for every child. Holding a degree in Msc Food science & Nutrition, completed teachers training course, she is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care, safety, and learning. Her leadership style is hands-on and heart-centered supporting both children and staff to thrive. Whether it's welcoming new families, designing an engaging curriculum, or guiding her team with compassion, Arti Madam ensures that every child feels seen, heard, and loved. When she's not in the classroom, she enjoys reading children's books.

With a strong background in early education and a passion for supporting both children and families, Vaishali Mam plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and curriculum planning of Kids' Oasis. She brings 12 years of hands-on experience working with children of all age groups, along with expertise in child behavior guidance & curriculum development. Her calm, approachable nature makes her a favourite among both kids and parents. In her role, she focuses on creating enriching classroom experiences, mentoring teachers, and fostering a joyful learning environment. Outside of school, she enjoys baking, nature walks and is always looking for creative ways to make learning fun.
